All drivers you want to eat here prices are great. Food is better
Delicious country fried pork tenderloin, which they cut, pound, dredge, and fry themselves - who does that anymore? Scratch-made sausage gravy, too, best I've had in years. Pretty sure the mashed potatoes were instant, I don't make those for myself so I can't remember what they taste like. They definitely didn't taste like butter and cream. But that's okay, get the fries instead, they're excellent! Patty melt was good, too, and our server was really nice. "Hometown atmosphere," as another reviewed said, is exactly right. Cheap, too!
Good people and great food! With one teen and two preteens, nothing but compliments, and they're picky eaters. Will visit again on our trip to/from St. Louis. Don't judge a book by its cover for sure!!
